Daniel Kattan, co-founder of PIA Residential, has over 23 years of real estate experience, managing acquisitions worth over $350 million. He previously worked at Countrywide Financial and advised on non-performing loan acquisitions. Kattan has also led real estate efforts for Chile’s Grupo CB in Colombia. He is a frequent speaker at real estate conferences and holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Northeastern University and an MBA from the Wharton School of Management.

Jimmy Levy co-founded PIA Residential in 2009 and has over 24 years of real estate experience. As CEO, he transformed the company from a small family office to an institutional investor. He oversees all residential investments, managing over 1,000 single-family and 500 multifamily properties. Before PIA, he successfully acquired and repositioned distressed properties in South Florida. He holds a B.A. in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Texas at Austin.
